CNC Adjustable Rocking Chair

For the green side of design, the CNC Adjustable Rocking Chair is made from renewable sources with no glues or permanent fasteners. The elliptical rockers are pre-drilled for full adjustability. This forward thinking rocker is not like the one found on Grandma’s porch. The sleek design was conceptualized by Purdue student Hongtao Zhou, as a research project on emerging furniture design challenges and product development for plus-size and adjustable furniture.
