Having a small space does not mean having to sacrifice style or utility. One modern kitchen master has got those lacking a little square footage at the top of their list. Italian designer, Boffi, has reissued its 1960s Minikitchen with a modern twist. The portable Minikitchen measures in at approximately 3′ x 2′ x 3′and features all the electrical appliances and necessary features one needs to cook for and accommodate six people, in just one-half of a cubic meter. Originally, designed by Joe Colombo and introduced in 1964 as the Carrellone, the updated edition features a Corian structure, a mini refrigerator, an induction cooktop (sold separately), cutting board, storage drawers, bottle opener and steel castors – giving new meaning to the phrase “everything, but the kitchen sink”.
